AI and property information
AskAnton uses AI to help answer questions and support follow-up. AI may make mistakes, omit information or provide outdated answers. A person may not have reviewed an answer before you receive it. Estimates and examples are not appraisals, binding offers, loan approvals or guarantees of results. Verify important facts with the appropriate professional. Our Terms explain the service limitations and how submitted material may be used in content; our Privacy Policy explains data handling.
Fair housing and accessibility
We support equal housing opportunity and do not discriminate in housing services on a basis prohibited by applicable law. Contact info@askanton.com about an accommodation, accessibility barrier or fair housing concern.
For website access problems, describe the page or feature, what happened and the assistance you need. Include your preferred way to be contacted. Please avoid unnecessary medical records or diagnoses. We will work with you to identify an appropriate way to access the information or service. You do not need to use the AI assistant to make an accessibility request.
Report a security concern
Email info@askanton.com with the subject Security concern and describe the affected page or feature. Include only the information needed to understand the issue. Do not email passwords, access tokens, financial credentials or other people's private records. If sensitive evidence is needed, ask us for an appropriate way to provide it.
This reporting channel does not authorize access to another person's information, disruption of services or testing of our providers' systems. It is not a paid bug-bounty program.
Copyright and other content concerns
If you believe material on AskAnton infringes your rights, exposes private information or uses your material without appropriate permission, email info@askanton.com with the subject Content concern. Identify the page or material, explain your concern and your relationship to it, and provide a way to contact you. Do not send unnecessary sensitive records. We may request further information to assess the issue.

Protect yourself from wire fraud
Do not send money, banking credentials or transfer instructions through public website chat. Independently verify transaction and payment instructions directly with the responsible professional using a trusted phone number you already know or independently confirm. Do not rely only on the contact details in an unexpected message. If instructions change unexpectedly, stop and verify before acting.
