Use this page to manage communications and tracking or request help with information associated with AskAnton. RESG Inc operates AskAnton.com. Our Privacy Policy explains the information involved and applicable limitations.
Cookies and advertising
Open to change browser-based tracking choices. To exercise an applicable opt-out from sale, sharing or targeted advertising beyond that browser control, email info@askanton.com with the subject Advertising privacy request. Tell us which contact information you used with AskAnton so we can locate the relevant record. You do not need to send identity documents to change ordinary browser cookie preferences.
We honor Global Privacy Control where required by applicable law. Cookie settings do not automatically remove an existing contact record or unsubscribe you from newsletters.
Email, text messages and calls
- Use the unsubscribe link in a newsletter or marketing email, or contact us for help.
- For texts, follow the message's opt-out instructions, such as STOP where supported, or contact us.
- Tell us if you no longer want marketing calls.
We retain the limited preference information needed to honor an opt-out. Necessary communications about an existing request or transaction may continue as permitted by law.
Information requests
Email info@askanton.com with the subject Privacy request. Describe whether you want access, a copy, correction, deletion, or help with another applicable right. Provide the contact information you used and enough context to locate your inquiry. If needed to determine the rights that apply, we may ask your state or country of residence; do not initially send identity documents or unnecessary sensitive details.
We may ask for reasonable verification before disclosing or changing information. An authorized representative may contact us and we may request evidence of authority. We respond within applicable legal time limits, explain relevant denials or exceptions, and provide any required extension notice. We do not penalize you for exercising rights protected by applicable law. The rights and exceptions available depend on the law and processing involved.
If you believe we handled a request incorrectly, reply to our response or email info@askanton.com with the subject Privacy appeal and identify the request. We will review it and provide the outcome and any further complaint information required by applicable law. You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator or state attorney general.
Required transaction records, legal holds and limited suppression information may need to be retained. Deleting an ordinary inquiry does not necessarily delete all required brokerage records or copies already lawfully published or held by independent recipients. We will explain applicable limitations; see the Privacy Policy for retention details.
Content and recording choices
Contact info@askanton.com to withdraw permission for future public uses of your submitted material or raise a concern about an existing use. We will stop new public uses after processing the request and review existing uses under applicable rights and circumstances, as described in our Terms. We cannot guarantee removal of copies held by others.
Tell us before an appointment if you do not wish to be recorded so we can arrange an appropriate alternative. Recording notice and required consent are handled at the appointment; this page is not consent to recording.
